If you have the room in your yard and in your budget, you can get a very nice larger sized BBQ island, with over 18 feet of raised bar serving area for just over $6000.  If you want to blow that model out with a very nice large built in grill, refrigerator, side burner, multiple storage areas, and even a sink, you can still stay under $10,000!  Yes, that's a nice chunk of change, but considering what you're getting, not a bad investment.
